No, I don’t work directly with insurance providers. However, there is a workaround that many of my clients use:

How much are your sessions?

I don’t offer pay-as-you-go sessions and there’s a very intentional reason for that. Real, lasting change doesn’t happen in one conversation. It happens through consistent, structured support. That’s why I work exclusively through tailored packages, built around a personalised treatment plan.

● Each package is designed based on your situation, your history, and the level of support you need

● This ensures you’re not just “coping”… you’re actually healing, rewiring, and moving forward

During your consultation call:

● I’ll understand exactly where you are

● Identify what’s keeping you stuck

How long are your sessions?

Each session is scheduled for 60 minutes. However, I allow up to 90 minutes where needed - and this is very intentional. Healing doesn’t work to a stopwatch.

● If you’re in the middle of a breakthrough, we don’t cut it short

● If something important is surfacing, we give it the space it needs

● If you need a moment to process, regulate, or go deeper you have that time

This is about the quality of transformation, not rushing through a session.
